5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard Shake Milton bounced back from a disappointing performance on Tuesday to help his team pick up the win over Sacramento. In Thursday's 125-108 victory, Milton recorded 20 points on 8-for-14 shooting, three rebounds, three assists, one block, and one steal in 27 minutes. Since Ben Simmons went down with a back injury, the second-year guard out of SMU has averaged 19.1 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.9 made threes in 30.4 minutes per game. He has become the primary option to replace the minutes Simmons has left on the floor, but expect his production to be scaled down when Joel Embiid and Josh Richardson return to the court soon.--Euan Leith
