6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo is looking likely to end this season on a cold streak. In 56 plate appearances this month, Choo is hitting just .178 and has managed to register only one extra-base hit. Choo has struggled throughout the entire second half of the season, having had a strong first half. Choo's struggles have emphasized the reasons the Rangers had such much trouble trying to move their All-Star outfielder at the trade deadline. Right now, Choo is offering no fantasy value for teams down the stretch and should be cut if he has not been already.--Ben Rolfe
