Shooting Woes Continue For Otto Porter
6 years agoWashington Wizards small forward Otto Porter logged 30 minutes in Sunday's 136-104 loss against the Los Angeles Clippers, but he finished with just six points on 3-for-9 shooting. He was able to salvage the stat line somewhat with five rebounds, two assists, two steals and no turnovers. He is mired in a bit of a shooting slump, making more shots than he has missed in just one of his six contests so far. He is just 5-for-15 (33.3 percent) from the field over the past two games, and he is a dismal 5-for-23 (21.7 percent) from behind the three-point line, too. Kelly Oubre Jr. and Jeff Green have been seeing more run at his expense, but OPJ remains a valuable fantasy option. He'll work out of his slump.
