2 years agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Sixto Sanchez (shoulder) is scheduled to throw a 20-pitch bullpen session on Wednesday. The 23-year-old, who underwent shoulder surgery last July, has been progressing very slowly over the past several months. He has been playing catch off a mound lately, but Wednesday's bullpen session will be his first opportunity to throw pitches. His timeline remains extremely cloudy at this point and there's a good chance we won't see him pitch in the majors at all this year, which makes him unworthy of rostering in any season-long leagues.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
