6 years agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard Spencer Dinwiddie scored 14 points in 28 minutes during Monday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. While it was the 10th consecutive game in double figures off the bench for Dinwiddie, he fouled out of a game for the first time this season. It comes via unfortunate circumstances surrounding Caris Levert’s injury, but Dinwiddie appears to be in line for an increased role moving forward as the Nets attempt to make up for the loss of their leading scorer. Dinwiddie has not yet started a game in 2018-19, so monitor his role ahead of Wednesday’s contest with the Miami Heat.--Jesse Borek
