5 years agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard Spencer Dinwiddie delivered a nearly identical stat line in Monday’s win over the Indiana Pacers as to what he did Saturday against Toronto. Dinwiddie finished with 21 points, 11 assists and six rebounds for the second consecutive contest, although Indiana’s defense corralled him to 4-for-15 shooting from the field overall, including 0-for-7 from behind the arc. His 13-for-15 performance from the free-throw stripe helped him en route to leading the team in scoring. His final game before the All-Star break comes Wednesday against the Raptors, in which he will likely retain his role as the team’s primary scoring threat with Kyrie Irving (knee) still sidelined.--Jesse Borek
