5 years agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard Spencer Dinwiddie logged his first double-double of the season during Wednesday’s loss to the Boston Celtics behind a season-high 11 assists to go along with 16 points. His efficiency at distributing the ball to teammates masked his rough shooting night from a fantasy perspective, as he went just 5-for-19 overall, including 2-for-8 from long range. Since entering the starting five in place of Kyrie Irving, Dinwiddie had scored at least 20 points in six straight games; that streak was snapped Wednesday, but has the opportunity to start up again Friday versus the Celtics with Irving not slated to be back in the mix quite yet.--Jesse Borek
