5 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs would definitely have some WR2 appeal if he were to receive his normal workload in Week 17 against the Chicago Bears. However, though coach Mike Zimmer has been quiet about his approach on playing the starters, sources have reported that the Vikings gave a large share of practice snaps to backups this week. It would not be surprising to see Diggs play a limited amount of snaps with the team's playoff seed locked up, and backup Sean Mannion is a clear downgrade at quarterback with limited deep-ball skills.
