5 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry connected on 8-for-18 shooting en route to 34 points in the 118-109 Game 1 loss to the Raptors on Thursday. Curry also contributed five assists with five rebounds with a single steal and three turnovers in 40 minutes of action. The Raptors did a decent job trapping Curry on ball screens, yet the sniper still scored 30-plus points for the sixth straight game. We can expect the Warriors to make some adjustments to get Curry even better looks and also to find ways to get Klay Thompson more involved on the offensive end for Game 2 on Sunday.--Gianni Costantiello
