Sterling Brown To Remain Out For Wednesday’s Game
6 years agoMilwaukee Bucks shooting guard Sterling Brown will miss his second straight game due to right wrist soreness when his squad faces the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. Brown has averaged 16 minutes per game off the bench this season for Milwaukee, having accumulated 5.3 points and 2.8 rebounds per contest. Coupling his absence with that of George Hill’s gives Milwaukee less depth in the backcourt than usual, which could allow the starting group to snag a few extra minutes depending on the circumstances. Brown’s next chance to suit up comes Friday against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Sterling Brown, Frank Ntilikina Stay In Starting Five Thursday
3 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard Sterling Brown and point guard Frank Ntilikina remain in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Bucks with the team massively short-handed. Brown logged a double-double (12 points, 11 rebounds) across 33 minutes Tuesday, while Ntilikina delivered limited production in his 32 minutes. Without Kristaps Porzingis (toe), Luka Doncic and Tim Hardaway Jr. available, Dallas will have an all-hands-on-deck approach, which bodes well for the DFS upside of both Brown and Ntilikina. Neither has earned season-long consideration due to their limited respective roles within the second unit, but they will be on the radar while the Mavs seek offensive contributions.

Sterling Brown Bags A Double-Double In Tuesday's Start
3 years agoDallas Mavericks guard/forward Sterling Brown was elevated into the starting unit on Tuesday against Minnesota, and he had a good performance with 12 points and 11 rebounds in a 114-102 win. Brown also notched three assists while shooting 5-for-8 from the field and 2-for-4 from downtown. Dallas has lost a lot of players to various problems and it's given Brown a bigger role, which he filled very nicely on Tuesday. It remains to be seen how long he sticks in the starting unit, but Brown will be able to help a few fantasy managers out as long as he's served good minutes. The 26-year-old logged a season-high 33 minutes against the Timberwolves.

Sterling Brown Probable For Sunday's Matchup
3 years agoDallas Mavericks guard/forward Sterling Brown (foot) is considered probable for Sunday's clash with the Timberwolves. He's been out for six games with left foot soreness but looks ready to return now. The 26-year-old hasn't done a lot this season, getting only three points and three rebounds per game, but the Mavericks are currently rolling with a depleted roster and Brown should have an opportunity to get some meaningful minutes. With that said, there are surely a lot better options out there for fantasy managers.
