4 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Steven Matz pitched well in a no-decision vs Atlanta on Saturday. The left-hander allowed one run in six innings while picking up seven strikeouts vs a good lineup. Matz has pitched to an ERA near four for his career but made progress last season posting a career-high 15 percent strikeout rate. If he can keep missing bats at that rate he will be a must-own starter in fantasy leagues.
