5 years agoIndiana Pacers guard T.J. McConnell recorded 10 points, 11 assists, four rebounds, three steals, and a block in a 112-87 win over the Phoenix Suns. McConnell has 28 assists in his last three games and is trending in the right direction as a distributor, with an increase in his average of dimes each month. The problem is, he doesn't offer much else statistically. Still, McConnell could help win an assist category the way he's been playing lately. He has a great matchup on Friday against the Warriors, who have allowed the sixth-most assists per game in the NBA.--Tim Capurso
