3 years agoTalor Gooch finished in fifth place at last year's edition of The Players Championship. Gooch excelled on approach that week by gaining 6.8 strokes. While he lost strokes off the tee, he was still able to gain 7.5 strokes from tee-to-green. Gooch also had an impressive showing last week at The Arnold Palmer Invitational. He finished in seventh place and gained 6.3 strokes on approach. If Gooch can keep up his ball-striking form, he should find himself in contention again this week.--Rob Giltner - RotoBaller
