5 years agoBrooklyn Nets small/power forward Taurean Prince went for 12 points and 12 rebounds during Monday’s loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, checking his three-point onslaught at the opening tip. Prince shot 5-for-9 from the field overall on the night, including going 1-for-3 from long range; his three attempts from deep marked his fewest in an outing since Dec. 15, when the Nets last hosted Philadelphia. The double-double marks his eighth of the year, as Prince continues to retain value in a variety of formats due to his shooting and rebounding ability for an up-tempo Brooklyn squad.--Jesse Borek
