Terrence Ross Knocks Down Five Treys On Way To 25 Points
6 years agoOrlando Magic shooting guard/small forward Terrence Ross pumped in 25 points off the bench on 8-for-20 shooting from the floor, 5-for-14 from long distance, and 4-for-4 from the charity stripe. The 27-year-old added four rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 31 minutes. He scored 18 of the team's 64 second-half points to help the Magic outscored the Celtics by 12 over the last 24 minutes of the game. It was his eighth double-digit scoring effort in the previous 10 outings. The seventh-year pro has shot the ball well from beyond the arc this month having canned at least three triples in five of the six contests while making them at a 44.1 percent clip. Ross needs to shoot the ball well to have any fantasy, and with trade rumors swirling around him, he will likely look to put up plenty of shots in an attempt to impress other teams. So, it may behoove fantasy owners to add him now.
