Thaddeus Young Can't Mold Efficient Shooting Into Big Nights
7 years agoIndiana Pacers forward Thaddeus Young is shooting 70 percent from the field in the series against Cleveland, but he's failed to mold the good shooting nights into big fantasy lines. He had only eight points in Wednesday's Game 2 with six rebounds and three steals. Young is averaging only 7.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in the series, even though his minutes have remained about the same as they were during the regular season (33 per game). The Pacers badly need some more scoring options, and Young has the potential of being one. He shot considerably better on home court during the regular season -- 50.8 percent compared to 46.6 percent on the road -- so maybe he can get going at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Friday.
