3 years agoMilwaukee Bucks power forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo (leg) has been downgraded to out for Friday's contest against the Pelicans due to a strained right soleus in his leg. Antetokounmpo would likely have been in line for a sizable minutes allotment Friday if healthy, but his absence stands to funnel ample minutes in the direction of Jordan Nwora, DeMarcus Cousins and Sandro Mamukelashvili. Antetokounmpo has scored in double figures just twice thus far in 2021-22, severely capping any season-long fantasy intrigue. His next chance to return to action comes Saturday vs. Cleveland.--Jesse Borek
