Thomas Bryant Posts Double-Doubles In Consecutive Games
6 years agoWashington Wizards center Thomas Bryant posted a double-double with 16 points along with 15 rebounds, two blocks, two steals, one steal in Wednesday's victory over the Hawks. The 21-year-old was 5-for-7 from the field and 6-for-6 from the free throw line. He posted a double-double in consecutive games for the first time in his career and the third time of the campaign. The 15 rebounds were a career-high, and it marked the fourth time this season that he grabbed double-digit caroms. Bryant, who played a career-high 39 minutes against the Hawks, is averaging 13.4 points along with 8.6 rebounds and 1.2 blocks while shooting 64.9 percent from the field over his last five games. With Marcus Morris (neck) and Dwight Howard (lower body) out for the foreseeable future, Bryant needs to be rostered in fantasy standard leagues.
