Thomas Bryant Records Double-Double In Defeat
6 years agoWashington Wizards center Thomas Bryant got back into the double-double column during Saturday’s loss to the Miami Heat, collecting 17 points and 11 rebounds across 36 minutes. That now marks back-to-back outings with at least 35 minutes played for Bryant in his return to the starting five, which bodes well for his upside over the season’s final few weeks. With a playoff berth unlikely, the Wizards could turn to the 21-year-old center more than usual. He’ll face his former team, the Los Angeles Lakers, on Tuesday, who are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers this season.
