6 years agoCenter Thon Maker will join the Detroit Pistons in a swap for forward Stanley Johnson, as was first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Milwaukee has reportedly been shopping Maker for weeks, and the deal will allow the big man to find playing time behind All-Star center Andre Drummond. After starting 34 games as a rookie in 2016-17, all 35 of Maker’s appearances this season have come off the bench while averaging just 11.7 minutes per contest. For now, he remains on the periphery of fantasy ownership.--Jesse Borek
