Tim Hardaway Jr. Posts First Double-Double
6 years agoNew York Knicks shooting guard/small forward Tim Hardaway Jr. recorded his first double-double of the season with 14 points, 10 caroms, three assists, and one steal in Tuesday's loss to the Bucks. The 26-year-old was just 4-for-18 from the field and 1-for-4 from beyond the arc, although he did kind of saved the day by sinking five of six free throws. It was his most rebounds this year. While the sixth-year pro has struggled shooting from the floor in December, he is making 2.5 treys a game at a 35.1 percent clip. Hardaway will look to extend his streak of at least one three-pointer to eight straight games against the Bucks on Thursday. He is averaging 19.5 points along with 5.3 rebounds and 4.7 boards a game versus Milwaukee this year.
