Tobias Harris Has Monster Game In Win Over Spurs
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers small forward/power forward Tobias Harris fell just short of his first triple-double of his career as he finished with 27 points, nine rebounds, a season-high nine assists, one block, and three steals in Sunday's victory over the Spurs. The 26-year-old was 12-for-20 from the field, 2-for-4 from beyond the arc, and 1-for-3 from the charity stripe. While he got help from several of his teammates in the game, Harris pretty much had to increase his role with Danilo Gallinari and Lou Williams being forced to miss the game with injuries. The eighth-year pro has now scored at least 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds in two straight games and has topped the 20-point plateau in three of his last four. Harris has struggled shooting the ball against the Mavericks, who the Clippers face on Tuesday, this year. However, he has still compiled 15.5 points along with seven rebounds, 4.5 assists and one steal in two games versus Dallas.
