Tobias Harris Shooting The Ball Well From Long Distance
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers small forward/power forward Tobias Harris has been on fire from three-point range this month. The 26-year-old poured in 28 points on 7-for-18 shooting from the field, 3-for-8 from the three-point line, and 11-for-12 from the charity stripe in Friday's loss to the Warriors. It marked the fourth time in the past six games that the eighth-year pro has drained three or more three-pointers and the sixth occasion in the past eight games that he has made multiple treys in a game. He added nine rebounds and two assists, although he also turned the ball over four times against the Clippers. Harris, who has scored at least 20 points in five of his nine January games, is averaging 20.3 points along with 7.2 caroms, 2.3 three-pointers, and 2.2 assists while shooting 47.7 percent from the floor and 51.2 percent from beyond the arc this month. Harris and the Clippers will visit the Spurs on Sunday who he is averaging 17 points, 6.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists against in three games this season.
