3 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young and shooting guard Lou Williams remain out for Thursday's contest against Philadelphia due to the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The Atlanta backcourt was thinned out Wednesday with Delon Wright and Bogdan Bogdanovic handling the vast majority of ball-handling duties. Young had been playing at an all-NBA level before being sidelined, having averaged 30.8 points and 9.9 assists across eight December contests. Williams remains a solid bench cog when available, with his absence allowing Cam Reddish to take on a significant increase in offensive duties.
