4 years agoAtlanta Hawks guard Trae Young said that he hopes to improve on his conditioning during the extended offseason. Young mentioned that he wanted to "play at 100 percent for a longer period of time on both ends." He had the seventh-worst defensive rating this season among NBA players that averaged at least 20 minutes a game. It's encouraging that Young wants to improve on the defensive side of the ball.
