Trevor Keels Inks Two-Way Deal With Knicks
2 years agoShooting guard Trevor Keels has reportedly agreed to a two-way contract with the New York Knicks, per Fred Katz of The Athletic. Keels was taken 42nd overall by the Knicks in the 2022 NBA Draft, and after center Jericho Sims had his contract converted to a main roster deal, New York had the flexibility to bring Keels aboard on a two-way. The No. 19 recruit in the '21 college hoops class, Keels averaged 11.5 points and 3.4 boards across 36 games at Duke last season. The 18-year-old joins former Blue Devils RJ Barrett and Cam Reddish on the Knicks' roster, although the fantasy upside for Keels remains extremely limited as his first pro season is set to get underway.
