5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Trey Burke hasn’t been very involved as a reserve as of late, but he utilized the blowout nature of Saturday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers to compile 21 points and eight assists off the bench. Burke tied for the team high with 27 minutes played, shooting 9-for-12 from the floor overall, adding in four steals and two rebounds to pad his stat line during an electric night. Hitting the 20-point plateau for the first time this year, Burke figures to remain entrenched in competition for reserve minutes behind Ben Simmons. Owners are safe waiting for Burke to prove his role consistently before adding him in any format.--Jesse Borek
