Trey Burke Scores 19 Points In First Start Of Season
7 years agoNew York Knicks point guard Trey Burke moved into the starting lineup Sunday against the Washington Wizards and led his team to a convincing win. Burke scored 19 points on 8-for-15 shooting and contributed three assists, three steals, and two rebounds in 27 minutes. The Knicks have moved to developing their young players like Burke and Frank Ntilikina, allowing both players to earn starts. Burke's move to the starting lineup greatly increases his fantasy outlook for the rest of the season and could be a great addition to championship teams this week. The Knicks face the Charlotte Hornets on Monday and Burke will be a good pickup for points while also contributing a bit in other categories.
