6 years agoDenver Nuggets power forward Trey Lyles continued to see just a bundle of minutes off the bench during Tuesday’s win over the Miami Heat, but he caught fire from the field on this occasion, finishing 6-for-8 overall and 3-for-5 from deep, matching his season high in made threes. Lyles pitched in three rebounds to round out his performance, making it one of his more valuable games this season. Even with a crowded frontcourt in Denver upon Paul Millsap’s return, Lyles appears set to continue seeing run off the bench, but should only be rostered in a pinch for owners looking for rebounds or threes.--Jesse Borek
