3 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman Trey Mancini (hand) is being held out of Tuesday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays. The slugger was hit in his right hand by an Alek Manoah sinker during Monday's game. X-rays after the game came back clean. Mancini stated that his hand was "pretty swollen" and declared himself day-to-day. He doesn't think that a stint on the injured list is likely. Ryan Mountcastle will be covering first base for Tuesday's game while Adley Rutschman fills in as designated hitter.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
