6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson and shooting guard/small forward Rodney Hood will play in Wednesday’s match-up versus the Miami Heat, both having previously been listed as questionable. Thompson is returning from a 10-game absence due to a sprained foot and figures to heavily affect the workload of Larry Nance Jr. upon his return. It’s been a breakout campaign for Thompson, who has collected a double-double in 15 of his 27 contests this year. Hood has missed the last four contests due to an Achilles injury, but has also gotten the green light to suit Wednesday and should figure to get his allotment of his shots.--Jesse Borek
