6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson extended his double-double streak to four games on Tuesday, dominating the Hornets inside the paint. He matches his career high with 21 rebounds and scored 11 points on 5-for-6 shooting. He also dished out a season-high five assists. Thompson has seen his playing time rise following the departure of Tyronn Lue on Oct. 28 and he's made good use of it, averaging 13.3 points and 13 rebounds this month. It would be great to see him do more defensively, but as an undersized center, his struggles are understandable. Thompson and his double-double streak will face a big challenge on Wednesday when the Cavs visit the Wizards and Dwight Howard.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
