Tristan Thompson Draws Start In Team Debut Wednesday
4 years agoBoston Celtics center Tristan Thompson (hamstring) not only will suit up for Wednesday's season opener versus Milwaukee, but he'll start in the frontcourt alongside Daniel Theis. With Kemba Walker (knee) out of the mix, the Celtics are opting for a larger starting five, particularly against Milwaukee, whose length should play into Thompson's strengths. Having averaged a double-double each of the past two years, Thompson carries that threat with him every time that he takes the floor. Despite that, his combination of injury concerns and being pulled out from the paint by the Bucks' big men makes for him being a finicky DFS play Wednesday.
