6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson will hope to carry over his decent play from the Eastern Conference Finals. Thompson saw a spike in minutes (28.0), points (7.4) and rebounds (8.0) in his series against the Celtics. This was partially due to the absence of Kevin Love, and his role will be even larger if Love does miss more time. Thompson has been doing his thing on the offensive glass, grabbing 13 percent of all available offensive rebounds when he has been on the court in the playoffs, which lets him get those garbage buckets and adds to his value. Keep an eye on Love's status, as Thompson may be a great play for Game 1.--Gianni Costantiello
