3 years agoCincinnati Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI in a 3-2 win over the Chicago Cubs on Sunday. Barnhart's RBI double in the second inning gave the Reds their first run of the game. The veteran catcher is putting together a solid season, hitting .269 with 16 doubles, four homers, 29 runs, and 26 RBI over 186 at-bats. He has been on a tear at the plate of late, hitting .308 over his past seven games. Barnhart should continue to have fantasy value in deeper leagues as long as he's able to hold off rookie Tyler Stephenson for playing time.--Matt T - RotoBaller
