Twins Looking At Tyler Mahle, Among Other Starters

2 years agoThe Minnesota Twins are sitting in first place in the AL Central and they are reportedly considering bolstering their rotation with another starter before the upcoming trade deadline. According to Dan Hayes of The Athletic, Cincinnati Reds right-hander Tyler Mahle is one of the team's primary targets. Hayes stated that the team is "more interested" in Mahle than his teammate Luis Castillo, who is one of the most sought-after starters on the market. The Twins have also been linked to Frankie Montas and Pablo Lopez.
