Tyler Stephenson Back In The Lineup
3 years agoCincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson (head) is back in the starting lineup on Tuesday and is hitting fifth against Cleveland Guardians right-hander Zach Plesac. Stephenson left the game early last Saturday after taking a foul tip off his mask behind the plate, but he was cleared from the league's concussion protocols. The 25-year-old backstop needs to be put back into all starting fantasy lineups in redraft leagues, as he's hitting a strong .324/.390/.574 with a .963 OPS, four home runs, 19 RBI, 13 runs scored and one stolen base in his first 23 games of the season. In the month of May, Stephenson has gone 14-for-38 with two homers, five doubles, 13 RBI and nine runs scored in 12 games.
