2 years agoCincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson (thumb) took batting practice on the field at Great American Ball Park on Wednesday. According to manager David Bell, he could begin a rehab assignment soon. The 25-year-old slashed .305/.361/.468 with five home runs and 31 RBI over 141 AB before landing on the injured list. His next step will be to face live pitching before beginning a rehab assignment. Before the injury, Stephenson has been one of the most consistent fantasy catchers in the game, and managers should continue to stash him in all league formats.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
