3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey tied with Joel Embiid to finish with a team-high 20 points during the playoff showdown against Miami. However, it wasn't enough, as the Heat would earn the win and advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. Maxey didn't have a solid showing in this one despite his points total, going 9-for-22 from the field and only 1-for-7 from deep. Nonetheless, the 21-year-old performed well beyond expectations during the regular season, averaging 17.5 points while shooting 42.7% from deep. As a result, he'll get plenty of attention heading into October, although it would be nice for managers if he improved as a distributor and on the glass.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
