3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey (quad) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Thursday's contest against Atlanta. Maxey has established himself as a fantasy breakout star in the first half of the season, averaging 17 points, 4.7 assists and 3.5 rebounds per contest. Having taken over as the team's starting PG in the absence of Ben Simmons (personal), Maxey has served as a consistent cog in the team's offense, attempting double-digit shot attempts in 22 of his 28 appearances. With the Hawks having had their backcourt thinned out by injuries and the league's health and safety protocols, Maxey stands to have a favorable matchup in his return to the floor.--Jesse Borek
