Tyrrell Hatton Looking To Improve In Second U.S. Open Start
7 years agoTyrrell Hatton made his U.S. Open debut in 2017 at Erin Hills, and it was one to forget as he fired rounds of 76 and 72 for a four-over total, missing the cut. He'll look to improve on that in his second appearance at the major venue. Hatton has had success in major championships before with best finishes of T5 at the Open Championship and T10 at the PGA Championship, but both came back in 2016. Hatton hasn't had the greatest of results in 2018, with three missed cuts in nine events on tour. It's hard to view Hatton as a realistic threat come Sunday, but making it to weekend play should be considered a success.
