6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers center Tyson Chandler will join teammate LeBron James on the bench for Saturday’s contest versus the Golden State Warriors due to rest purposes. Chandler’s absence should pave the way for JaVale McGee to get additional run off the bench, while Ivica Zubac figures to remain the team’s starting center for the time being. How much Chandler would have factored into head coach Luke Walton’s rotation against the multi-dimensional Warriors lineup is unknown, but Chandler’s next chance to return to the court will be Tuesday versus Indiana.--Jesse Borek
