4 years agoThe Miami Heat have acquired Victor Oladipo from the Houston Rockets in exchange for guard Avery Bradley and forward Kelly Olynyk. Oladipo goes from a 12-31 team headed for the lottery to a fifth-seeded Heat team in the thick of the playoff race in the Eastern Conference. The move is a good one for the fantasy prospects of the 28-year-old, despite the presence of stalwarts Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo in Miami. Oladipo's fantasy managers no longer have to fear that he'll be shut down because of his team's poor record, as the Heat are competing for a title. He's expected to enter the starting lineup for Miami- and should immediately be one of their top scorers and playmakers.--Tim Capurso
