6 years agoIndiana Pacers shooting guard Victor Oladipo scored 21 points on 8-for-20 shooting from the field, 2-for-7 from beyond the arc, and 3-for-3 from the charity stripe in Sunday's victory over the Hornets. The 26-year-old chipped in seven assists and came up with three steals while committing zero turnovers. It was his first 20-point game since pumping in 36 points against the Bulls on Jan. 4 and the third time this season that he did not post a turnover, although the seven assists were his most when not committing a single turnover. He is producing the best season of his career regarding distributing the basketball, posting career highs in assist/turnover ratio (2.28), assist percentage (25.1) and assist rate (20.3). Oladipo has had an uneven showing in two games against the Raptors, who the Pacers face on Wednesday, this year compiling 18 points along with 3.5 assists and two rebounds along with four turnovers.--Daniel Benjamin
