Wayne Selden Productive in His Third Straight Start
7 years agoMemphis Grizzlies shooting guard Wayne Selden, who's recently replaced Tyreke Evans in the starting five, had a career-high six assists on Monday against Phoenix to go along with 17 points. Selden missed only one of his four triples and shot 7-for-12 overall. He was anonymous in the previous starts, combining for only eight points, so it's still a bit early to get excited, but that could change when Memphis cuts ties with Evans. Selden scored a career-high 31 points just over a week ago and he could be set for many more big nights when the Grizzlies start selling their assets.
