5 years agoChicago Bulls power forward/center Wendell Carter Jr. was tenacious on the glass during Saturday’s loss to the Houston Rockets, collecting a season-best 16 rebounds across his 29 minutes. In addition to his strong game on the boards, Carter also collected 12 points on 5-for-9 shooting, giving him his sixth double-double already in 2019-20. As long as he avoids foul trouble, the 20-year-old has proven himself a legitimate double-double threat on a nightly basis no matter the opponent. He next faces the Knicks on Tuesday, whom he recorded a double-double against back on Oct. 28.--Jesse Borek
