Wendell Carter Jr. Logs Full Practice Sunday, Nears Return
4 years agoChicago Bulls center Wendell Carter Jr. (quad) was able to practice in full Sunday, an indication that he is close to getting back into game action. Carter has been out since Jan. 18 due to a significant right quad injury. Prior to going down, he had scored in double figures in seven straight games, having logged four double-doubles on the year. Daniel Gafford would figure to return to the second unit upon Carter's return, which could come as soon as Monday versus Indiana if all breaks right. Fantasy managers will want to check back for a status update on the Bulls' big man who can be added off the waiver wire in most season-long formats once he officially gets the green light to return.
