6 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard/small forward Wesley Matthews was initially questionable to suit up for Saturday’s game against the Golden State Warriors, but he showed no ill effects during his season-high 25-point barrage. Matthews also set a new season high by knocking down seven threes, adding four assists and three rebounds to his stat line. He gets a crack at his old team, the Portland Trail Blazers, come Sunday on a back-to-back, and with the possibility that Luka Doncic could be sidelined, Matthews would become a DFS darling for the night on the heels of his 7-for-11 shooting from deep Saturday.--Jesse Borek
