7 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard Wesley Matthews had a rough night from downtown on Thursday against the Warriors, making only two of his nine triples, but he still finished with 17 points. Matthews, who also had a couple of steals, shot 7-for-17 overall in the first game following the trade deadline. Dallas was reportedly shopping Matthews for a first-round pick, but a deal never materialized. He's been really inconsistent this season, making barely 40 percent of his shots, but as he showed at the Oracle Arena, he can still put some points on the board.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
