3 years agoKansas City Royals second baseman Whit Merrifield went 2-for-5 with a pair of runs in the team's 7-5 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday. It was his second consecutive multi-hit game and his fourth multi-hit effort of the month. The 33-year-old got off to an extremely slow start to the year, but he has certainly settled in over the last month or so.
